Saturday afternoon we went all the way over to Peoria to celebrate Easter with the Johnson family. The kids spent a lot of time in the backyard with their cousins. Once again, Kimble was loving the swings. Karter had a great time going up and down the slide. Koltyn thought that this big ball was just the best thing ever.
Koltyn didn't just need the ball to keep entertained. His cousins are great with him and love to play with him when we are together. So cute!
After dinner, we all headed down to the park to crack some eggs- literally. The Johnsons have a tradition of confetti filled eggs. Our kids have never really gotten into the tradition until this year. Kimble didn't like the first egg on her head, but quickly got the hang of it. Karter took advantage of a slow moving target in Koltyn. It was pretty funny when Jamie started picking the confetti off of Koltyn. She started on top of his head and made her way down his back.
After getting back to the house, the kids got to hunt for eggs again (twice). They just cannot get enough of hunting for eggs, silly kids.

Wow, with so many people to visit it's almost like Christmas. So many eggs and so much candy...and confetti. Looks like everyone had a blast!
