Saturday morning I took Kimble and Karter down to our local Home Depot store for their kid's craft. The first Saturday of each month the stores offer a craft for the kids to make, for free. This was our first time going so the kids also got an orange apron, just like the real employees wear. I had to help with the nailing (I am definitely not a pro in that area) and then let them apply the bus stickers. They both went home with a pencil holder and smiles on their faces. Hopefully we can remember next month so that Kevin can get a chance to help the kids, plus he likes to build things too.
